Grants for Research
Over 100,000 million dollars in financial aid is currently available from thousands of Foundations and Government Programs all over the United States. Specifically targeted for Research and Technology.
- Do you want funding for a revolutionary new product or idea?
- Are you a college, university or trade school that needs funding?
- Need to upgrade an existing product with added features?
- Need to train your staff in new research and technology skills?
The Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program offers up to $850,000 in early-stage R&D funding to small technology companies (or persons who form a company).
The Small Business Technology Rural Outreach (STTR) program offers up to $600,000 in early-stage R&D funding to small companies that work with researchers at universities and research institutions.
Small companies keep the intellectual property rights to technologies they develop with these programs.
These programs can provide financial and technical help to technology-based small businesses that participate.
They often offer a Mentoring Network in the FAST program that gives business advice to small businesses that have been selected by FAST programs or SBIR program managers, the Small Business Administration (SBA) or others aware of SBIR and STTR programs.
The SBIR and STTR programs are dynamic programs used by many small business owners, inventors, and innovators around the US.
