Want to buy a house? Are credit problems and the lack of a down payment holding you back? Want to start a real-estate venture? We have great news! The U.S. Government has released millions of dollars in Housing Grants. They also relaxed the credit requirements to make it easier for people with low credit ratings to get low interest home loans.

Billions of dollars were made available to buy homes, rental property, business property, apartments, and many other projects. The government and banks want to revitalize the economy by making loans easier to get for people who were previously rejected for poor credit.

Housing Grants can be used:

• for down payment assistance.
• to repair your own home.
• to buy rental properties.
• to fix up rental properties (apartments, houses, business properties).
