Councilman proposes moving City Hall to current home of Troy eateries
TROY City Councilman Bill Dunne, D-District 4, has proposed that the city explore a building at 33 Second Street, owned by developer Sandy Horowitz and the current home of Daisy Bakers and Bacchus, as a possible future home for City Hall. Horowitz announced earlier this week that he is looking to sell the building for $2.2 million.
